I have recouped my initial investment on each and will refinance soon.I recently just purchased a SFR using a conventional loan and I’m bringing home $665 per month after all expenses paid Everyone has their own preferences and each market will dictate said preferences.That said going forward , in my market, I will be looking for at least $650/month on every deal or I will pass it up and continue to look.Be patient and when the time is right you will know Good Luck

I contacted the city of Edmonton and was informed that moving a mobile home is treated the same as building a new home, and all the following applies:Development Permit ApplicationCombined Building, Mechanical PermitBuilding & Mech Safety CodesWiring Electrical PermitUnderground Service Cable PermitElectrical Safety CodesConstruction Water Rates 44¢/$1000 Construction Value Sanitary Sewer Trunk ChargeLot Grading FeeTo my knowledge, unlike a new home, all we would be doing is reconnecting the infrastructure, and considering that no modifications are to be made to the existing plumbing, electrical, sewer or the lot itself, so do all those permits apply?

If you ever find yourself under contract on another property with an FPE panel, I'd recommend having the seller replace it prior to closing as it's a well known and documented safety issue; textbook inspection objection item.
