My new goals I would love to own a laundry mat and/or a parking lot to make more passive income. 

Looking back, I'm not sure how I kept up.A few years ago I got into mobile home parks and ran hard with that.

In Florida, coastal areas tend to offer the best opportunities for STRs, especially given the saturation in the theme park areas of Central Florida but I'll let the full time operators chime in.

We are absolutely in love with the amazing park system, the beautiful Maumee River, and the local hospitality.In my real estate investing career, I have been fortunate to visit and analyze properties all around the country.

We are less than 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City (themed amusement park), which is a huge attraction in the area.
