I am trying to get my feet wet in real estate investing.

So noobs often fall into the trap of looking at just lower and lower priced neighborhoods in an effort to make the numers work.And the Rehab-R is deceptivly easy to say, but takes 3-6 months and a lot of time from the investor to design, source materials, handle paperwork and supervise the project. 

However Outlast is a much superior product compared to good old laminate we usually tear out, which swells around the edges when mopped wet and also looks shiny.  

I’m a GC in Indianapolis and I have read a handful ofbooks, watched countless videos and I believe it’s time to get my feet wet.

It's worth considering if you're ready to get your feet wet!
