last time this happened i felt i was to quick to accept the renter....not that it was a bad choice.ORjust rent for 2 yr and sell, if i am in this limbo. not much appreciation here.i'm updating 1960 to present, added bath and opened floor plan.numbers; bought free clear 167krenov 30kresell conservative 235k, thought 250k (wrong comps, much to learn new mkt)rent 1800-2000tax 5000ins 700about $500/mo, net 1300-1500/mo ;p rental is no problem I hear, esp in this area. thanks in advance
