This is a business model that I could very easily and quickly set up and get running.Despite the upsides of conventional rental property investing, there are several massive advantages of converting rental properties to notes.I'd like to know if this is something y'all think I could pursue with my company?

It might make sense to use a "semi- pm" model instead of paying for the various online platforms one would need to do these tasks. 

I love the house hacking model and have done a similar investment where we partnered with some people that would be owner occupying it. 

Some have very little involvement in the actual operations of the properties, so if you are seeking asset management help, I would be sure to ask what the mentor's level of expertise is in that area.Who would I actually be working with?  

It's quite different from the traditional turnkey model where the seller is rehabbing a 100yr old home and also managing the property, which I've invested in the past and not had a good experience with.

So, owning fewer 'A' properties or more 'C' and 'D' properties is a question to reckon with.High-end properties tend to increase in value faster than lower-end properties and many people use this business model to get rich.
