I own a company that focuses on mid-term rentals and I have 29 apartments that I am currently doing this with through subletting. 

My projection is: Market will continue to slide until presidential election in mid 2019.

I personally utilize Buildium to run my long term/mid term rental properties and it allows us to conduct tenant screening, applications, tenant payments, and maintenance requests all through the portal. 

I should have known, but didn't see that this was from mid March.

I am in the middle of a situation where I would like to non renew due to some issues but renovated the unit mid-lease and now have no legally justified reason for the non renew without jumping through some hoops first.

How about the live communications pre- and mid-stay?

Both owners are in their mid 80's so they are too old and far away to handle the foundation issue.

I wouldn't bother with any others.You might also consider a mid term rental if the area supports it.

Mobile homes in Parks are affordable housing as well as MH on private cheap lots in certain parts of the country.. and then of course you have HUGE areas of the mid west and rust belt were you can buy all sorts of houses for 200k and under.. they already exist..
