So, I'd suggest, when you're actually willing to work and get off you fat back sides, to get your tail out from behind a computer screen, off the couch and get some decent shoes on and walk and talk, Learn how to meet people face to face, knock doors, strike up a conversation at the café about what you do.

Furthermore, the false etymology presented in that interview that Bon Homme Sept-Heures is an anglicism from "bone setter" has been quite soundly discredited:  there is evidence the character's lineage extends from bonhomme la nuit et couche huit-heures, which existed in France and came to North America with the first colonists (which predate the English presence on the continent).

Get things that either wear hard (non-teflon cookware, pleather couch) or can be cheaply switched out (slip cover couch, Ikea duvet covers, open stock dishes to replace damaged ones and keep the set matched) if they get thrashed.A penalty-based cleaning fee (instead of a flat fee) will leave your guests feeling, well, penalized after their stay.

It was a win-win all the way around.I just got a really good deal from a tenant who didn't want to move a leather couch, matching leather chair, flat screen type television stand, microwave, vacuum cleaner, 2 window air conditioners, kitchen table with 4 chairs, coffee table, and end table... all for $200 cash + $100 towards extra cleaning services to get his apartment back in shape.
