Partnership/syndication for a few small-med investors could be possible as well, no?

We limit to two small-med sized dogs and no other pets.

Does anyone have any general contractor or home inspector recommendations for that area, that are reliable for med-large scale remodel projects?

Now North Oak Park (Med Center) is very desirable.

There are lots of different neighborhoods within relatively short distance to the med center.

The vast majority of welfare checks prove the individual is fine and it was just a miscommunication about their schedule, a dead batter, a heavy sleeper, someone knocked out on prescription meds, etc.

Talk to your boss....he likely breaks it out this way to avoid His portion on the $3500 for as/med.
