do you have lending lined up? 

Also, when you go to sell, your buyer pool will be running into similar scenarios with lending. 

I have found that you cannot go through a normal lending institution, They will lead you down the path that you will get the loan...In the end they will require documentation that is near impossible to get and it will end. 

Another option is to see if a private lender can lend you the down payment money as well.

I have some equity in my rentals but dont want to touch them with the interest rates being so high...If there was a lender who could lend without me needing to save up the 65k-that would be great!

Are all banks willing to lend to LLCs?

BRAND NEW (developed from the ground up and everything) brewery is opening on that bikeway the university has been pitching for years.I'm convinced that the university & city planners design the campus as a resort rather then an institution of higher learning.

I’m going to lend  to a few people I know with LLC ‘s  on some mortgages and receive interest , I am not putting myself out to public lending just some commercial loans as LLC single member pass through  , do I have to pay local taxes in Florida , I have no brick and mortar , no employees , just LLC in Florida and live in Texas , there is no work involved I just receive interest .

You will find many resource here that are more than willing to help you out with just about anything.I am a broker on the lending side of things and have a fairly solid presence in TX.
