Perhaps we should get as angry about child abuse, slavery in the US or government intrusion, there are many issues that need to be addressed in this country but all seem to end up with a political and financial motive at some point and no solutions.I'd have to say there is no reason at all a civilian (in fact anyone other than military) needs a 100 round drum magazine, in fact, I'm not sure there is really a military application!

People feel more comfortable dealing with like minded people and frankly most distressed sellers are very down to earth basic folk and they like the idea of a mom and pop type business buying their home.It is less intrusive for them... just my experience... and the Yellow Letter Mail does just that.Bryan...
Account Closed Clay sewer line with root infiltration. Reasonable to have turnkey replace with PVC?

Account Closed  in our experience of owing rentals  sewer issues were the most common and the most intrusive to tenants... we changed the sewer lines out when we bought if they were not PVC.... much cheaper to do it during rehab than when a tenant is in the house you then have a lifelong fix and happy tenants.. and yes you can request the seller replace and see where it goes.
