You get a separate (small) bill from Guardian for their service, but the cost is incorporated into the billing rate that Guardian charges the tenants.

You can claim the poster is a little green man from mars but that wouldn't sound any less silly at this point.

Another great tool is to incorporate a quality home warranty (paid for either or both parties) to alleviate some concerns about items that are functioning but not failed.

That was not the case as the lender informed us – not our guy, but the “hatchet man” for the bank – that the bank was no longer in Florida and that we needed to get them out of our property and they were calling our loan.
