Re-brand, throw a BBQ and invite all the tenants to celebrate.

It's not all RE 'celebrities' and I'm glad.  

We are 6 ladies from different cities coming to celebrate our 30 year old birthdays!

I've made personal friends, met some really interesting people, received backstage passes to concerts, met celebrities, gotten deals, received knowledge, done countless podcasts (three for BP), been offered a book deal (turned it down for now), been contacted by television producers about doing shows (no fit), and established relationships with so many accredited investors that have invested tens of millions in my private offerings.And not one of these things was because I posted "looking for investors" or "looking for deals" or "looking for friends".  

New Years celebrations gets crazy.You can easily get roommates.Although I might be biased since I live in Hampden, I think it is the best alternative to Fed Hill, Fells and Canton

Just had this happen on a New Years Eve restaurant celebration package.So there are times when you might want to always save but the negative thoughts you are possibly invoking in others overshadows any possible minor savings that occur.Negotiation is a lifelong process and not just real estate.

My wife and I are returning from a 10 day vacation celebrating our independence!

If you have the time as a self-managing landlord and can process the court  stuff yourself for little or no cost by all means jump on that too.From a PM persepctive we need to balance the unrecoverable cost of attorney fees in even filing for an eviction regardless of whether it is followed through with and the first hand knowledge we have in whether the tenant is likely to pay.All we want is the healthiest bottom line for the property owner so we take the path that is most likely to get the best end result for them.
