Told this story here before, we bought a property where the seller had been in a bar fight and had a judgement for medical injuries from the other person in the bar fight. 

Class D   Bars on every corner  , houses with bars on windows  , cars on blocks and stripped ,  drug dealers on the corner , drug addicts  sleeping on the sidewalk , tents on the sidewalk , gunshots , ladies of the evening ( and day ) , abandoned  houses  , graphity on buildings .   

Ever since David Greene tool over it just seems it's about pumping out as many videos as possible and not actually providing and quality information.Who is David Greene? 

I've had a conundrum the last few years since I bought my first primary residence, I was lucky to get a good interest rate <5% When I purchased this property I was very green and new to real estate but I had heard or seen somewhere on some financial blog or podcast that if you pay an extra $100/mo toward your mortgage in many cases you can accelerate your payoff date 5+ years.

You'll have to chip in for repairs and maintenance until the rental has matured and the numbers turn green.

I had a call with David Greene’s mortgage company and they offer DSCR products, rates are a bit high but that’s to be expected.
