Because I'm looking to hold for 10+ years, the current LTV doesn't matter to me if the cash flow is strong enough.its going to be interesting when all these 5 year call portfolio loans come due and need to be rolled over or refinanced.. last go around many lenders that had ALWAYS rolled over the 5 year balloon.. did not roll over in the crunch time leaving investors in a very bad place.

It takes some work to set it up this way, but then allows for much greater freedom in how the individual wants to invest their IRA.It's also important to note that most individuals will need to rollover their IRA account to a custodian who allows for checkbook control, as there are only a select few who make this available.

@Ryan MooreYou have until 60 days from distribution to return the funds to the IRA.Your IRA Custodian will be reporting the 2018 distribution and issuing a 1099-R.You will be returning the money to the IRA in 2019 but before your 2018 tax filing date, and will be able to indicate this rollover on your 2018 1040.You will not be required to pay taxes so long as you do in fact return the funds to the IRA.

@Maurice D.I also have another dilemma up coming which is my better half wants to be back in her home town of Houston Texas by start of 2020. lol leaveing me job changing and needing to get my RE license in Texas and rebuild clients. but before that happens we have discussed that she needs to secure a RN spot at a hospital down there, thus giving us at least one decent income.Thank you for the added tip of the roll over I was wondering which account would allow me to roll over and own property.The only issue with house hacking is I already have such a minimized payment now because of the route I took.

I have been reading a lot about solo 401k this week and I have a question that I haven’t been able to find an answer to l:My wife is self-employed with significant taxable income and is eligible to open a solo 401k account.I’m fully W2 employed and have a 401k account at work, but what’s more important is that I have several existing 401k accounts from previous employers.If my wife opens a solo 401k for her sole proprietorship, can I rollover MY old 401k funds into her solo account?

our bank LOC's were 5 million.. and we had 6 different banks that we had those with.Keep in mind though they are almost always written on 1 year roll overs so 1 point every 12 months and the right to call the loan annually.. this is the back bone to the larger HML  many have credit lines in the 20 to 100 mil range.. that's when you make money in the lending business..
