@Luke Badalaty, only if the existing sprinkler heads are the flexible ones ( like below ). most sprinkler heads are hard piped, which means you would have to shut down the system, drain it, open up the ceiling to extend the pipe and then close it all up.

But, assuming I go thru with a refi, would I be better off at a higher monthly cashflow and extending the loan another 30 years... or would it be best to go with a 15 year to take advantage of a lower rate and paying off the rental earlier?
