I'm not seeing as many real estate networking events anywhere in Michigan.

If you're in a college town, you could have parents or other local family events that would draw people in.

My big concern is not the above deals but being caught in the middle if any future Black Swan events.

Check out the local events section.Simply select a state, and you’ll often find a leader hosting real estate events in their community.This is how I find my own guests—by connecting with those local communities and bring them as a guest on my own event ..
