Hi David, I'm a little less familiar with Little Compton but I know the Charlestown area (similar beach community) Owners typically do fine renting those type of properties in the offseason they will just look to have one tenant occupy it for the entirety of the off season, obviously at a lower rate but it's better than having vacancy.

So if I understand you correctly, once you commit those SDIRA funds for a cash purchase of a property, you can only use the non-recourse loan for the entirety of another purchase or you run into either the UDFI situation or violation of self-dealing rules.
