To model your expectations on those kinds of results now that the market has shifted (as it has, in almost all areas of the country) is setting yourself up for disappointment.

This was a disappointment and I sent you comparative market analysis showing the appraiser appraised the property low.

I would rather tell somebody I can't do their deal than waste their time and disappoint them later.

We were disappointed we could only find three that didn't look like scams, but I'm guessing that's mostly because we are new to turnkey real estate investing and that there are probably quite a few additional quality turnkey companies out there. 

I just got my traffic updates from Zillow Premier and although I don't HEAVILY use it, I was a little disappointed...

@Ben Leybovich Sorry to disappoint you, but I was serious.I started REI about 4 years ago and looking back I can confidently say that nothing has been more influential in the little success that I have had than BP.

This is frustrating and disappointing.

This is an awesome resource and I can tell you right now you won't be disappointed at all.

I guess this is a good problem because I have the lender but now it's too real and I don't want to disappoint.
