Suburbs are definitely desirable.

They have a paid off Condo (1/1.5) in a 55+ community, not the most desirable area so worth approximately $100-115k.

My properties are in Brentwood, used to be able to get many applicants, but now it's just a trickle in the height of summer and quality of tenants is less than desirable and with much longer DOM. 

New builds are far more desirable, and have less total cost of ownership than many of the stick framed, pre-existing, non conforming older homes. 

It’s a 3/2 pool home that’s not on the beach but close enough to be desirable (10min), but is only zoned for midterm rentals.

Additionally this property is located right of the interstate making at very desirable for anyone commuting.

Our lawyer got written confirmation from the city they would not enforce the setback requirements, since the sign was legal before and only their desire to annex land changed the situation.
