So since they did not want to negotiate AT ALL, I felt that was a sign that I needed to follow my heart and stay away from the dilapidated parking lot.

My heart is in Cali (I plan on returning there real soon-can't say I like the cold weather) and wouldn't mind investing out there but in the meantime, I'm making the best of where I currently reside.I look forward to meeting people and networking as well as learning from everyone and making things happen.
