If it's currently an STR they should be able to provide you with the p/l statement from prior years so you can see gross rents, operating expenses, average daily rates and occupancy levels.

The HOA (through the management manager) said OK, please provide a letter stating the door is the only way to make the unit ADA compliant, and I think it will be okay.A week later the developer presents a letter from an architect stating the door is the only way to make the unit compliant. 

This way the wider outside lip contacts the entirety of the drywall while the wings are being deployed and tightened in place.Is there a way to pull the already wired, "old work" electrical boxes through the drywall cutouts from the inside out while not making the holes so big that the wider, outside lips of the electrical boxes can't properly provide contact to the drywall so it can be tightened via the screwed wings?

I will provide more information later.The two main setups are:1- Holding company in Wyoming if I want Charging Order Protections advantages, then a Series LLC in Kansas holding my Kansas RE and another Series LLC in Missouri holding my RE in Missouri.2- Holding company in Wyoming if I want Charging Order Protections advantages, then form as many LLCs as I want inside of it, one per rental or one LLC per 2 o 3 rentals.Fees are pretty reasonable and the same as they disclosed before the appointment, on their website or youtube videos.

It provides valuable market data that offers insights, unlike the free version that offers none.

You can also look into partnering up with an experienced investor, and sourcing the deals or providing the capital in exchange for the mentorship. 

For me personally, our STR and our little inn provide more than half my family's income so I feel I have a fiduciary duty to my wife and kids to maximize that.
