I thought BP most likely confronted him about certain post and he refused to comply.  

If you do 1099, be ready to confront the issues and use proper bookkeeping.

I think an answer from the receiver is due to us shortly of how long they were looking at Pinnacle...........Why wasnt the approach of 'confronting" him done first.Consult, audit....whatever the hell you call it.

When I confronted him he took off running and I chased him and eventually tackled him and called the police who came and arrested him for stealing a satellite radio.

You need to prove that the TENANT is the ONE.I don't like getting involved with a one on one confrontation when it has to do with drugs, or fights among themselves or neighbors.  

This is not a way to protect yourself, you'll end up doing more harm than standing up on your own merit and confronting anyone who seeks an action against you.....if you conduct your business in an honest, above board, ethical manner, that's the widest moat you can possible build for yourself.

You must be firm you must stick to the lease you must enforce the rules of the lease even if it’s confrontational .

They will just get rid of it when you confront them.
