Again I know nothing about this program and person but typically these programs charge a reasonable fee to attend the introduction course where they upsale you to a more complete and more expensive course.  

So, what mode of introduction do the small flippers out there like best?

Greetings,My name is Brad Humphreys, I have been on bigger pockets for about 4 months and decided to do an introduction.

I have been trying to compile the most comprehensive commercial due diligence for each side, seller & buyer, and have a lot of information to be thorough yet efficient.

While I do not agree with all of his strategies this is by far the most comprehensive book on hard money lending I have ever read.  

Introductions are great but no speakers just a get together to say hello.

Then I changed category to New Member Introduction and it worked.

Well this is my second new member introduction and the reason for that is that I picked up my family an moved just south of Charlotte to Clover, SC. 

Lastly, as I am writing this introduction message (which I know is long) Erin and I are getting ready to go see our first few properties with a Real Estate Agent this coming weekend!
