I am the only W-2 earning in my house hold between my wife and 2 little children.  

I know that spouse or even children are responsible for any credit card or auto loans/ revolving debt.

The current deeded owner died in 1910, he was not married, and he had no children or heirs. 

Since its our neighborhood and a smaller number of properties, we want our letters to stand out and be personal, yet also want to protect our family's privacy - we have two small children.

I'm clearly dealing with overgrown children who don't know how to take responsibility for their actions or deal with conflict like adults.

I am retired and looking to make my money work for me and for my children in the future. 

For example, if you are renting out 1 bedroom units in a decent area of Cincinnati, even with Cincinnati Public Schools, you are most likely not dealing with school age children.

She was calling to verify a tenant that wants to enroll their children  ( this house is in a very sought after school district ) .  

One of them was to offer to trade services like carpentry, auto mechanics, dental work, etc.

Not to mention (and YES< I'm pulling this card), that I have a very limited budget, have 2 young kids, and am 7 months pregnant dealing with this issue from the east coast while my husband works full time, me part time, while taking care of our children on a tight budget.
