I saw a post yesterday on twitter where someone said Real Estate with interest rates where they are at is a bad investment.

Although, the posts here are accurate we take a different approach.

Focus on what the rents will look like post-renovation with 4 units instead of 2, and have a clear game plan for refinancing to pull your capital back out.
