Hi Rosa,2 questions.What kind of minimum down payment is required there for apartment buildings if a buyer is a United States LLC (or does it require a Mexican IBC (International Business Corporation) to be the buyer)?

I had 3 interested buyer.

However, there is a mortgage on it with about 80k left, is it even worth trying to still go for this house or is that up to my buyers to see if they would want it still?

The sun is usually shining every day and buyers are actively looking in the months of January and February unlike some markets where they wait until the spring.

@Cheryl J McGrath  Personally I don't see why any RTO buyer would enter into an agreement  and put down money if you don't own the house yet. 

Should be good and very popular with buyers once we get to the Spring market.
