One thing to pay attention to if you want to be a bum wholesaler is that your license will hold you to a higher standard...so, no raping old folks for their equity...and transparency is always important.

It is also good that you have bought far from home and have the means to do a deal also.If I had an employee I was sending to find properties and he was going to spend three days doing that and three days bumming I would expect to pay for his airfare, half the hotels, a rental car and food on the days he was conducting business.
