Realtors also have insurance, tons of regulation, and hopefully experienced brokers that are all very interested in protecting you from scams during the home sale process.This is a scam. 

Just like a buyers brokers agreement you agree up front if you want to work with that broker you agree and go forward if not you don't start.. but bringing it into the deal mid stream don't personally care for that.

We just had an incident… a guest tried to steal money from the host , my mother in law -long story but lied stole cheated while staying and furnished finders will do very little to back you up, they’re like a hands off broker essentially, just do your due diligence and have good contracts in place, and research / background check really well if you use FFinders.

Either wholesalers, agents, brokers, auctions. 

This would be the agent representing both sides, this happens a lot (state/local boards and broker has to support this).
