If there are any methods you guys have on finding these properties and getting ahold of the property owner I would love to hear them.

A couple of investors said that it was important that homeowners had a certain amount of equity before they make an offer using the subject to finance method.  

Of all the online “methods” house hacking or small multifamily hacking really works.

The key here is to have a plan to pay that loan back.I did this by utilizing the typical BRRRR method on homes in Detroit.

And, most recently adding a method Brandon Turner introduced to many people for organizing thoughts and brainstorming goals(Outcome goals), then breaking those down into habits and actions(process/action goals) to accomplish those outcome goals.

The software in the lock and on their web site then uses this matching code as a hash to generate guest (and/or long term maintenance or housekeeping) codes based on time/date/duration.It's a really brilliant system, and one of the few that I've found that don't require Internet access or monthly fees.
