Oddly enough my bride just found a place on Realtor dot com in Discovery Bay for less than $250K, ON THE WATER.

I live here in Reno and have on and off since childhood.

My father is an electrician and I spent the majority of m child hood and teen years working for him and helping remodel his home.I am currently a Tool and Die maker and I specialize in programming and running a CNC machining center.

Younger families such as mine you have to pay for early childhood education in Detroit, or in Bloomfield Hills its the same.Several national daycare providers opened up in the office buildings, the waiting list are 6 months.

I recently the last few years wanted to get into flipping houses, so I partnered up with a child hood friend who had the same interest as me and was a hvac installer for 15 years.

I've been a finance nerd since childhood and started investing in rentals accidentally when I moved from Florida to Seattle and started renting out my single family home. 

My real estate goals: fix up my childhood home and start it as a rental property.

I want to chase the childhood dreams I used to have and not resign myself to working a job I hate.  

As the net worth grows the circle of friends you have tends to change especially when starting out with little money.I see a child hood friend about once every 4 to 6 months.
