After 30 days (especially down south where there isn’t a cold season) I think the PM should drop the leasing fee.  

Now the city is requesting the following:1) Energy compliance documentation2) Mechanical (HVAC) Drawings3) Plumbing Drawings (Hot, cold water waste and vent. gas)4) Electrical (Complete Drawings)What kinds of people do we need to hire for these drawings and plans?

Most lawyers I cold call seem to be more focused on sticking it to landlords vs. representing landlords.

I have no idea how to maneuver through excel, yet along knowing what info I need for cold calling.

Perhaps higher-paid employees would like to buy rentals and rent primarily to other families in their company.I have a staff list with many work phone numbers and work e-mails for both companies, so I can cold call and e-mail individuals directly.

I have heard the husband just likes it really cold, the current resident is too cheap to turn on the system, and germophobia as reasons.
