Here in NJ, the lease term doesn't matter- under the NJ anti-eviction law we must renew accept for certain reasons (non-payment, crime, etc.)

It would be a conflict of interest for the attorney.Apparently, we have lots of “anti-attorney”bP posters here....For some background, NJ isn’t a lawyer required state, but in northern NJ we generally use attorneys.
