Hey @Zach Knoll,  considerations for property management depend on valuing time versus money, influenced by financial status and age.

I'd really appreciate feedback with regard to whether I should move forward with investing in real estate, or to let the desire go for the time being: I'm 34-years old, married, have 2-children under the age of two, own a home, and have a stable and good paying job.

From what I understood he's into his 50s and probably beyond the age of 'proving himself', which I consider a plus in a teacher/mentor.

Here’s my personal opinion, it’s much riskier than the OP wants to acknowledge, but not necessarily a bad strategy like the “anti” crowd states.  

. - One broker is targeting retirement age portfolio owners. - ADU market should be strong for a long time to come.- Use bandit signs for disposition.- One investor said for their property sourcing, they are touching people 80-90 times before they buy. - All lead gen is 90 days out of activity before hits happen.- There are cost segmenting services that let you do cost segmentation for $450.- You can’t monitor what you can’t measure. - Asset management is building client feedback into customization of investment strategy.

It depends on the age of the structure, square footage, and condition.

By the time we are our parents' age, our properties could be paid off/cash flow well, and we are sitting in an amazing position.
