While this could work in your favor, it would be very annoying and you'd  be asking "Why didn't he just use the contract price?"

Some of the subs were annoyed by having to come back and do things they had never had to do before.  

I'm fine if the wholesale deals they get in Katy are few and far between since we have several other productive marketing avenues, but I'd like to find a few reputable wholesalers to work with and get tossed on their lists for homes that meet my criteria.The whole meet and greet in person thing to explain the process annoys me because it means driving into Houston to hear something they could tell me over the phone, but if that's what I have to do, I will.

@Omar MercedYeah, Jean and I picked them up last July and its been a huge time sink for us and we've had a host of annoying issues. 

Also if you're married it's $1M COMBINED (excluding primary residence and primary mortgage) so be sure to add together all assets including your partner's.The only annoying thing about qualifying under $1M is you need to renew that every 3 months. 

I get a lot of annoyed callers but I land 1-2 deals per mailing (7000 pieces).

In terms of an estimate, to my knowledge, there is no way to get pricing without going through the actually quoting process (which annoyingly costs $10 to quote).
