I have thought of adding in realtor or sales associate just to ad a small extra level of credibility knowing these people usually get tons of marketing for their homes. 

So if anyone out there has any Boise area (Ada or Canyon county) leads please let me know.  

If so, the building would not be ADA compliant.

I'm not an expert on the ADA or Fair Housing laws, but is there any reason that an adult with a disability would be legally protected from being on the lease?

Keep in mind that asthmatics need inhalers and nebulizers so you have to be careful to not inadvertently create language in your addendum or advertising that would get you into hot water with ADA laws or the laws on your state's medical marijuana protections (if any).

It is completely within their rights, legally under the ADA, to furnish that letter after they move in or get a dog even (if they went and got a new one months into living there, for example).
