Of course, who knows how the Supreme Court would rule, but if it passes by a substantial margin, it seems unlikely that the will of the people will be ignored.

Same scenario as #1, rent to low for value, equity eating your cash flow and long term likely negative as SFH expenses grow..All of this is obviously worse case and from the perspective of someone that places supreme value on cash.
