I would also purchase the property and not the LLC unless you are a seasoned investor with a good attorney.

Going to the events page above and seeing who is hosting meetups along with connecting with people at these meetups is a great way to grow your network of people within a small 25-50 mile radius.

@Tramaine Robinson I can’t pinpoint a moment in time where it “clicked,” but instead I’ve found a series of small victories that yielded improvements.My first profit gave me confidence.
