They are finally charging miners for start-up capacity infrastructure costs (about $200k) and have increased their rates above the industrial rate actual manufacturers like Alcoa were enjoying, but they are still getting better rates than us residential peons.

Texas does have a 180 day redemption period unless the property is a homestead, has an agricultural exemption or is a stand alone mineral lease, then it is a 2 year redemption period.

I have found through my search of mineral records that the address listed above was owned by someone else and the address was different in 1905.The MLS is far more accurate, because you can locate information you need that may be as little as minutes old.
