I am by no means a legal entity and don't want to be held responsible, but always good to have an experienced extra pair of eyes.The first paragraph should be the normal addendum wording that it runs for "Jane and John Doe" in 176485 Some Street, Somewhere in the U.S. and is an addendum for the lease agreement on unit "88" commencing on "This day" and ending "this day"Next paragraph, state the actual section of the landlord tenant act in your state that talks about tennant/landlord maintenance responsibilities for more info.
