I was also inspired by watching some HGTV programs on Netflix last night and I really think this may be a field that interest me, I know TV is nothing like real life.I was also encouraged by Episode 113 of the BP Podcast which I have heard about 3 times and was only published yesterday and I was given a gleam of hope that I may be able to one day become a successful investor.  

This is a HUGE personal success to me.I just wanted to share the biggest life-changing (some call it inspiring) decision I've made in my (almost) 24 years of life.

(My mistake) Revisit passions as interchangable sources of inspiration.

Currently, we rent an apt but I stumbled upon the BP website and was inspired to begin planning our investing journey. 

If a property does come ON the market "below" market value it usually get bid closer to actual market value.If you are looking for inspiration on how to be successful @ finding those "off" market deals, take a listen to a variety of podcasts.  

I thought it might be inspirational to some members to see that you don't always need a lot of marketing dollars to score big.

I've listened to many of the podcasts, which was the main reason I joined, but I've also started using the actual site and blog as resources, which inspired me to say hello.My family has been involved in real estate for quite some time.

I've inspired people to start looking into Real Estate based off my Youtube page.  

Interesting (to me) how the keyword 'abandoned' lead me to this thread.RDPD has inspired many people to become real estate investors.
