I continue to scratch my head watching investors from New York and Boston whenever I meet them at Foreclosure Auctions in Connecticut.

Now sure there are some areas that are not going to get killed, but Jupiter- Miami,  Naples - Tarpan Springs, watch what happens. 

I am very well insured and I have no problem with providing my management company with whatever proof of insurance they require.I am very pro-active about my insurance coverage on my sfh's and I am always watching out for any liability issues. 

I youtubed everything and watch several other videos on the same subject.

Find a day you can observe...you can ask the clerk when eviction day is....go spend 2-3 hours watching cases...you might be able to see 50. 

I haven't watched the training videos on how to upload a list that you run through your own skip trace service and comes back with 4+ phone numbers.

PM's need minimum time charges other wise they go broke.. and agree with Stuart your watching to much TV..
