Want to stay in the middle of the country – not too far north or south.

A huge one for me was my property tax in a town north of Huntsville, AL almost doubled. 

Wondering if these are c/c+/b class neighborhoods and if tenants will be long term tenant and what the vacancy is like in North Linden Ohio.

He worked in the water department in a Northern CA town for 30 years I helped him buy his home which he had paid for .. and we had many plans to do what we both love go trout fishing ..So there is a balance.. and for me being north of 65 I have all sorts fo business I work on every day I work harder now than I did in my 30s when I lived in the Napa Valley and play 140 rounds of golf a year.. at this age what else is there to do..

Also, especially in Near North, everyone we've had apply for the place loves that we are upfront/transparent and include parking and storage in our rental price since so many developers and larger buildings near us market the unit at one price and then when they find out it's another $300+/month for parking it's out of their budget. 

Our team covers Eastern PA from Philadelphia all the way north through Allentown and the Poconos.

I can speak in regards to farther north in the Adirondacks. 

Granted MFH are more common in rougher parts of central jersey and my purchasing power can't acquire me something in North Jersey here homes are much more desirable when it comes to appreciation and schools and safety.
