I don't hold to the "analysis paralyis" theory that if you're not buying something (LTR or STR), you're doing something wrong.

Specific example,  I tell all my owners that any minor repair less than $150, i will fix for free.   

I'm specifically referring to PadSplit, a rent-by-the-room company/platform that operates in those respective areas.
