It's a Beautiful place to live. 

I’ve seen the city develop and grow a lot over the last 20 years but it’s honestly just as beautiful and diverse.Where in Asheville or Buncombe county you decide to look will basically determine where you’ll be buying in the market.

She sent me some listings, I choose the one that I thought would be best as far as location, beauty, accessibility and put in an offer.

My manager has been at this since 1996 and has a ton of stories.Always considered myself a bit liberal, but after hearing his stories and personally witnessing current versions of the same, have gotten desensitized and not as liberal when it comes to tenants.A MAJORITY of their problems are self-inflicted.

There are a ton of beautiful apartment complexes to choose from where everyone is obviously renting and its fine.I find these questions fascinating because there isn't a right or wrong answer but it makes me think. 

Thats the beauty of finding a good young investor who is ambitious and have them bring deals to you first!
