I would recommend you reach out to @Brie Schmidt for the north side, @John Casmon for his multifamily meetup and if you want to treck to the near western suburbs come to the meetup I run in Forest Park. 

I have 2 STR properties out in Western NC, but looking to do something closer to home like a BRRRR that I can better oversee. 

Western MA and RI have some reasonable markets for investing - not sure about NH.

We don't operate in Atlanta, but I would check if New Western or Net Worth operates there. 

And Western Media, if they want to be allowed to report from within China, needs to keep the Chinese Government happy.

My partners are looking at some mid western markets where things are cheaper but I'm old school.

The current average for my entire portfolio is at 61X.The midwest is always the area to invest when you value cash flow.In fact, we mid-westerners actually wait around and every 10 years or so the CA, AZ, and or FL market will tank and we sneak in and purchase a vacation/STR property.

You might want to define the part of MA you work in, as I'm assuming you may want to meet in person with them at least once:    Western MA? 

Coastal, Portland, central, the county, western Maine etc.
