Like I talked with a guy and his 93 year old mom about a property they have owned for like 54 years, it was her's and they were thinking about selling.

She wasn't directly involved in either of these business ventures or the growth of the companies, but she was.  Her

Property had been flipped with contractor-grade kitchens a few years prior to purchase...so everything was pretty much turnkey, minus a new electric panel needed to add second washer/dryer hook ups in the basement.

The units have no washer/dryer or dishwasher.

I have not used it before, but know of someone who has utilized a separate P&S for solely personal property ie fridges, dishwasher, washer & dryer
