@Oliver HudesmanOne thing I recommend is to try and find out who the “real” wholesellers are in the area.I caution about is as from my experience 9/10 lists I get put on are from people who are building a list and whose definition of wholesaling is very different than what it is.For example getting a property on MLS for $10k less and selling it for $5k under asking… don’t know how many times I have seen that game
