We listed the house 6 months ago after a tenants lease was up for 180k. we had some traffic, even a low offer, but ultimately It didn't sell so we got another renter. it cash flows better but not well enough.

Hi @Luca Dal Molin , Im also in Dubai and I work on the other side of the radio, air traffic control.Ive been looking at the Dubai RE and I dont thin its a good idea to invest here right now, however IMO this is going to change in the next year or so, due to oil price and possibly weakening of the USD which will make house prices more affordable for Russian, Pakistani and Indian investors.

If anybody knows anyone that wants to build a parking structure that would be bomb money close to the military gates and with inreased traffic and increased ability to sell to large crowds more people will come and build up.

You're getting good traffic and thats usually a good example of being priced right.But if it continues, you might want to lower the price and/or start asking some of these people point blank why they decided against renting it.

Thats A HUGE DROP I would drop it $45 to 1650 for two weeks if traffic still seems to be low then drop it another 50 to 1600.

For the sake of our industry, it's not enough to just provide rental housing value - providing a fair and quality experience to applicants and residents is equally important.I use Craigslist and Postlets (which is syndicated to Zillow, Trulia and others), as well as our company website to list vacancies. 95% of current traffic is coming from Craigslist and Zillow.
