From what I have tried to read from a non partisan site (tough to find nowadays) I believe the issue has been insurance companies lost billions in the past five years and the past 5-10 years have had the most costly fires ever.

Maybe you have to have a little thought process too.   

Will research more on the process.

But the IRS allows this deduction to both of us, due to them taking shortcuts in their auditing process.

That’s thanks to a combination of rent increases, successfully appealing property taxes (highly recommend if you understand the process), and just giving the portfolio time to stabilize.One thing I’ll say is that a lot of people underestimate how much capital it takes to scale quickly.

Some a short-term loan can also help you with DSCR loans with fewer regs and guidelines making your loan process much simpler.
