Just looking at those listing photos is depressing; the nasty old painted trim, deteriorated finishes, tiny cramped bedrooms....ugh! 

It is possible to resell Real Estate without clear title, but the pool of potential buyers would be tiny, compared to listing the property.

Lots like these by the lake are very popular in my area right now due to the tiny house trend.
